The workshop is free of charge, but registration is required. E-mail to a secretariat (nsato@riec.tohoku.ac.jp) with your name, affiliation, and participation for banquet by May 30 (Fri.).


♦ Banquet

Banquet will be held from 18:00 June 26 (Thurs.). The fee is 5,000 JPY. Participants who want to join the banquet e-mail to a secretariat (nsato@riec.tohoku.ac.jp) by May 30 (Fri.).


♦ Poster session

Poster session will be held in the afternoon on June 26 (Thurs.). We will provide boards for B1 size (728 mm width x 1030 mm hight) and push-pins to hang posters.

All speakers are required to submit one page abstract by May 30 (Fri.) to f-matsu@wpi-aimr.tohoku.ac.jp.
