The 2nd RIEC International Workshop on Spintronics
- MgO-based Magnetic Tunnel Junctions-
Organized & Supported by RIEC Tohoku University
1. Date: February 15th(Thu.) - 16th(Fri.), 2007
2. Place: Laboratory for Nanoelectronics and Spintronics,
Research Institute of Electrical Communication,
Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan
(Access map)
3. Scope: This workshop is organized to cover the recent advances in
MgO-based magnetic tunnel junctions showing giant tunneling magnetoresistance ratio
and current- induced magnetization switching. Related physics as well as device issues
will also be covered. A number of top researchers working in this field are
invited from all over the world to have a comprehensive view of what is happening
in this field.
